exclusively for the National Pig Identification and Tracing system,
these tags printed with the state identifier IE and the new pig herd
numbers (e.g: ZA223), individual numbers can also be added if desired.
These tags are made from a similar material to the Agri-tag for sheep
although the material is much tougher. A metal tip version is also available
for use in extremly tough ears. Both the metal tiped and plastic tiped
tag come with the tamperproof button back. |
